Amanda is the owner and operator of a unique wellness destination in Madison County, built on a lifelong appreciation for holistic healing and restorative environments. With over 20 years of personal interest in natural wellness approaches, her journey became deeply personal as she sought relief from conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, and sensory overwhelm. Through that experience, she discovered the powerful impact of halotherapy and calming, intentional spaces designed to support both body and mind.

Berea Salt Cave & Arts is a fully immersive indoor salt cave experience located in Madison County, along the I-75 corridor, attracting guests from across Kentucky and the surrounding states in search of a truly unique wellness experience.

Inside the cave, guests experience halotherapy in a quiet, therapeutic setting designed to improve respiratory health and circulation, soothe skin conditions, and support deep relaxation. Many also find relief from stress, anxiety, and overstimulation. 

In addition to the salt cave, the business offers complementary wellness services such as Near Infrared Light Therapy, further supporting the body’s natural recovery processes and overall well-being.
