Travel has always been a big part of my life. I was fortunate to travel at a young age. Those experiences left a lasting impression on me.

When I first came across this property, the original plan was to build storage units. But, I just couldn’t bring myself to do it—the view was too beautiful to pave over. I wanted to create a space where people could experience something unique right here in Central Kentucky—a place that feels like a getaway without having to travel across the country or overseas. And, if you ask my family, they’ll say I was dropped on my head a few times as a baby!
