L4 Security and Consulting Group was founded in 2019 by Buddy Blair and John Blanton following their careers as first responders. What started as a small idea quickly grew into something much bigger. In just six years, L4 has expanded to more than 150 employees across multiple states, offering a wide range of security and safety services.

L4 provides professional security guard services, CCTV installation and sales, live video monitoring, fingerprinting, drug screening, pre-employment background checks, and mobile patrol. Their rapid growth and commitment to quality service earned them a spot on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
