We are a family owned and operated vacation rental village that is centrally located on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. You will feel as though you've stepped into middle earth during a stay in one of our 4 hobbit styled units. Our secluded 20 acre retreat is the perfect place to unplug!

Each unit sleeps up to 6 guests with one king bed and queen sized bunkbeds.  Each unit has a kitchenette, dining area,  walk-in shower/bathroom, and a washer/dryer. Everyone also has an outdoor grill and rockers to enjoy the peaceful waterfall! Amenities include swimspa, sauna, gym, playground, firepit with swing seating, outdoor projector, fresh farm chicken eggs, and seasonal garden.
