Founded in 2021, The Fly Witches (TFW) is Kentucky’s first and only dedicated bungee fitness studio located in the heart of downtown Winchester. Their bungee workout classes combine cardio and resistance training, offering a low-impact experience on the joints while delivering high-intensity cardio for a full-body workout. Fly into fitness by strengthening your mind, body, and spirit through their classes. They also offer more than just bungee fitness. Their non-bungee classes include Strong45, FlyStep (Explicit), Bounce45, Dance2Fit, Yoga and Aerial Yoga. TFW is a gender inclusive studio for individuals 16+ years olds.
