Kentucky Gym

Kentucky Gym is a classic 90's style gym with that "old school" vibe.  Locally owned and operated, our locations in Lexington, Versailles, Nicholasville and Georgetown consistently win "Best Gym" in our local regions because our members love how we operate.  Unlike other gyms, we put a cap on the number of members that we accept at each location, we don't allow anyone in our gym under 16 years old and we don't allow guests.  This ensures that its never too crowded.  We are a true 24 hour gym, members have access to our facilities via an app on their phone which unlocks the door.  All our gyms have a dry sauna and a cold plunge.  Lexington also has a steam room.  Our simple monthly membership rate of $29 is all inclusive and includes access to all of our locations.  We do not charge any annual dues, maintenance fees, key fob fees or any other kind of fee other than the monthly membership fee and we don't lock members into an annual contract.  We also include group boxing and pilates classes in your membership.  All of our gyms have a curated blend of old school and brand new weight lifting equipment as well as cardio.
