Kelsey Fell is a professional freelance makeup artist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Her career has taken her across the country and internationally, where her work in film brought her to Europe to contribute to two movies filmed in Paris and Italy as part of Lifetime’s first international crew.

Her work has been featured across major platforms including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Lifetime. Throughout her career, Kelsey has built an impressive and diverse clientele, working with notable names such as Jeremy Irons, Jane Seymour, Hayden Panettiere, Jaime King, Tyler James Williams, Sean Patrick Flanery, Analeigh Tipton, Rusty Joiner, Jenny Lewis, Edi Gathegi, Tom Sizemore, Karan Soni, Maria Bellos, and more.

Kelsey’s experience spans a wide range of environments, including film sets, television, commercials, magazines, fashion shows, weddings, and special events. This breadth of experience led her to open her own makeup studio and build a highly sought-after luxury bridal team.

Her passion for makeup began at a young age while competing in beauty pageants and performing in musical theatre. These early experiences gave her a deep understanding of both stage and glamour makeup, shaping her signature approach: creating looks that are equally stunning in person and flawless on camera.

Kelsey is especially well known in the Louisville area for her thriving bridal business. Her consistent, timeless, and elegant style has earned her the trust of over 500 wedding parties, making her a standout in the bridal community.

She has also worked with the University of Louisville Men’s Basketball team on their intro video, as well as the Louisville City Football Club.
