We are a family-based law firm with offices in Louisville and Mount Washington, Kentucky. Our firm has been providing professional, friendly legal services to individuals and families for more than four decades. As attorneys practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, and real estate, we help families when they need us most. Colleen Balderson and Mike English are a brother and sister team, who lost both parents in 2022, so we understand loss and how confusing things can be.

We are proud of the fact that we have many repeat clients, and that area realtors and lenders often refer people to our title company for help with their real estate needs.
